Megan Michiels, Counsel
Megan Michiels is Counsel for TowPath.  Ms. Michiels is an experienced  attorney with meaningful experience in reviewing and administering contracts, collateral and security interests associated with credit risk arbitrage and structured finance.  She is active in all phases of the companies legal activities including working closely with the firm’s asset origination and risk management functions to assure proper collateralization of assets, secure trustee directed funds flows and obligor’s pledged interests; manages the company’s security interests, contractual pledges and legal rights regarding the assets it buys or holds as collateral for loans. She received a Juris Doctor from Washington College of Law at American University and a bachelor’s degree with honors from Georgetown University.
