Bryan J. Mitchell, Chief Executive Officer
Bryan Mitchell is a seasoned financial services executive with substantial capital markets and operating experience resulting from building $1.5 billion specialty finance co. He is the founder, and former Board Member and CEO of MCG Capital (NASDAQ: MCGC).  At MCG Capital, Mr. Mitchell oversaw the firms asset acquisition activity from inception in 1990 through 2006 through construction of perpetual and layered balance sheet.  During his tenure at MCG, the company generated over $150 million in revenues and $100 million of pre-tax profits and had an enterprise value in excess of $1.5 billion.  Mr. Mitchell was responsible for investing over $4.5 billion in 450 transactions and raising $750 million of equity in 3 private equity placements, an IPO and 6 secondary offerings and $1.25B of debt in 3 bank financings, 3 asset-backed SPV's and 2 private placements.  Over his career, Mr. Mitchell has created and transitioned highly profitable banking unit into private equity backed commercial finance company (1998), into a publically traded registered investment company and BDC (2001) and a Russell 2000 listed $1B+ financial institution (2005) that achieved an investment grade (BBB-) unsecured credit rating.
